The Vascular Oximetry Imaging System (VOIS) device is used to monitor tissue health.  It is a NIRS hybrid device, combining two NIRS imaging modalities to measure tissue oxygenation (amount) and microvascular blood flow (rate of oxygen delivery). It is the only system to quantify both parameters simultaneously and non-invasively.

VOIS is expected to complement todays monitoring devices and be utilized in all fields of study that rely on tissue health. Patent protected, VOIS is a next generation diagnostic/monitoring system that has applications across many arenas including vascular diseases (peripheral arterial disease/compartment syndrome), cerebral monitoring, anesthesiology, sports medicine and cancer therapy.
